• Timeliness is appreciated as a courtesy to my time and other clients. If you arrive early you may wait in your car or in the waiting room and enjoy a comfy seat next to the snack and beverage cart. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment it is likely that we will need to reschedule. Please do your best to communicate with me via call or text if you think you may be running late. Communication is key.

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment then please do so through your Acuity Scheduling account. Last minute cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the total service fee. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee.

    Rescheduling due to weather should be communicated as soon as possible with Rachel or through the Acuity app. Cancellations due to weather will follow the normal cancellation policy.

  • Deposits are paid upon booking through Acuity Scheduling. If you rebook in person at your appointment you may not be required to pay deposit. If you abuse the booking/cancellation policies you will be required to pay deposit at the time of booking your appointments. All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit may be put towards one rescheduled appointment. Canceled appointments results in a forfeit of that deposit.

    Payments are accepted via card (tap and chip), Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Please be aware that I may not have change for cash payments on hand.

  • Items purchased may have a processing time of 7-10 days depending on availability. I will always keep you in the loop on when it can be expected to arrive! If you place an order for pickup I will contact you to let you know the status of availability and arrange a pickup date/time.

    Unopened retail is returnable within 7 days of purchase with a small restocking fee or you may get full store credit towards a different purchase. Opened retail products are non returnable, however, if a product is not working out for you please reach out to me so I can help!

  • Physical and e-gift cards are available to purchase. They may be redeemed for services and products sold by me at my storefront. The gift cards that I have available are currently not redeemable on the website so if you wish to purchase retail items we can do this in the store. Gift cards are non refundable.
