Timeliness Policy
Please arrive on time as a courtesy to both my time, yours, and other clients. If you arrive early, feel free to wait in your car or the waiting room, where you can relax with snacks and beverages.
Late Arrivals: If you're more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please communicate promptly via call or text if you anticipate being late. Timely communication is important.

To schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, please use the Acuity App. Rachel Daley has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Rescheduling within 24 Hours: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact Rachel directly to discuss options.
No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment with no communication prior to, you will be charged a $25 no show fee. You may reschedule if the fee is paid.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and may be applied to one rescheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule due to weather, please notify Rachel or use the Acuity app as soon as possible. Weather-related cancellations will follow the same policy as regular cancellations. -
Deposits are required at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling. If you rebook in person during your appointment, a deposit may not be necessary. However, if booking or cancellation policies are not followed, a deposit will be required for future appointments.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and can be applied to one rescheduled appointment. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Payments are accepted via card (tap and chip), Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Please be aware that I may not have change for cash payments on hand.

Items purchased may take 7-10 days to process, depending on availability. I will keep you updated on the expected arrival date. For pickup orders, I will contact you to confirm product availability and arrange a pickup time.
Unopened retail items can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a small restocking fee, or you may receive full store credit for another purchase. Opened retail items are non-returnable, but if you're experiencing issues with a product, please reach out to me, and I'll be happy to assist!

Physical and e-gift cards are available to purchase. They may be redeemed for services and products sold by me at my storefront. The gift cards that I have available are currently not redeemable on the website so if you wish to purchase retail items we can do this in the store. Gift cards are non refundable.
